He is a dog youkai who was found by a highschooler boy (who is a future doll plan of mine). The boy was interested in Japanese folk-lore and youkai. This and that happened and the boy accidentally gave him a name, Lysander (from Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream", they were reading it at school and he thought the name was cool). From that day forward the boy was his master and he answers to the name Lysander although he is a Japanese dog spirit.

Akira (and Keisuke in the future) and Nene have their own storyline. They are not a part of the main steampunk-fantasy-inspired world that most of my BJD-characters belong to.
Akira is a computer programmer and works in the same company as Nene. He is a little anti-social and lacks social skills somewhat, but is a really good person when you get to know him. He has a few close friends. He likes computer games, robots, digital watches, all kinds of nerd stuff really. He also likes to cosplay... or is made to cosplay by Nene.
Other things: Akira is my idea of an "Alternative Universe Akira" from Togainu no Chi. I'm planning to custom order Togainu no Chi's Akira's outfit for him so he can cosplay as Akira sometime. I'm also planning on buying a Keisuke-doll who is his best friend.
